Responsibilities:

  • Issue and raise purchase orders and forecast products to be ordered
  • Work closely with staff from assigned departments to support their purchase request
  • Ensure a systematic tracking to follow-up of purchase request
  • Ensure timeliness in turnaround of request received and accuracy of information submitted
  • Ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Purchasing
  • Able to start work within short notice
  • Knowledge in LS navigation will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work independently and meet the deadlines
