  • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to obtain guest satisfaction and the profit of the company.
  • Provide proper F&B guideline and training to the co-workers.
  • Responsible to ensure and satisfy the guest experience in the restaurant.
  • Consistent ensure provide high quality of service, food and beverage to the customer.
  • Responsible on manpower planning for the restaurant.
  • Take good care of the restaurant environment, tidiness & hygiene by following the company’s SOP.
  • Set standards and procedures for outlet to reflect the desired image and quality.

  • At least 4 years’ experience in restaurant management
  • Good knowledge of Restaurant Regulations, Leadership and computing skills.
  • Passionate on towards their job and Customer oriented
  • Candidate must have good knowledge on sushi conveyor belt operation
  • Self-Motivated and Ability to Work Under Pressure
