Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sushi preparation.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of seafood & sushi product.
  • Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen
  • Understand and complies with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
  • Provide good customer service to enhance customers’ experience.
  • Understand the seafood products of the company.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
