Responsibilities:
- Assist in sushi preparation.
- Ensure the freshness and
quality of seafood & sushi product.
- Maintain cleanliness and the
hygiene of the kitchen
- Understand and complies with
the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
- Provide
good customer service to enhance customers’ experience.
- Understand the seafood
products of the company.
- Perform any other duties as
assigned by the immediate superior.
