Responsabilities
- Support
the e-commerce team in day to day e-commerce operations including campaign
set-up and executive, smooth system functionality across the different online
platforms and management systems.
- Assists
in logistics matters including day-to-day liaison with warehouses, 3PL, store
operations, IT team, CS team and logistics team
- Work
with Merchandising team on product
information preparation, product activations and deactivation, product tagging,
price changes and website product checks.
- Work with
Regional Marketing on product descriptions, product images, copywriting,
marketing communications support alignment etc.
- Assists
in following up on issues or anomalies in reports relating to E-commerce orders
(First Line of contract)
- Work with
Finance team on providing supporting information for finance reconciliation.
- Collaborate
with the business team to resolve problems and standardize operations
processes.
- Solving
customer service issues and proactively implementing stratergies to improve
customer service standards.
- Acts as
the focal point to resolve customer issues/queries on the various digital
platforms like Social Media, E-commerce platforms, Website and Mobile app.
